We have a user that would like to delete a message that he has heard half way through and had to hang up on and doesn't want to relisten to the entire thing again. We have tried all options and can only get it to work after we have heard the entire message again. Anyone know of a way around this?

What system? In my MM, we can hit 33 to fast forward to the end of a message.

Thanks 84Mike, but the Executive doesn't want to use 33 to fast forward to the end, he simply wants to delete it similar to *3 in Intuity or Audix even if he is in the middle or at the beginning of the message. If he does the 33, he still has to select 7 to delete at the end and he feels that is too cumbersome.

Sorry 84Mike, forgot to add that this is MM 3.0.

If you use the plugin for Outlook ar the Web Cleint you can delete it at any time.

Fondog,
Have you considered changing the TUI for the exec to the Intuity TUI, since that may suit him better? I am not that familiar with the intricacies of the Int TUI VS the Aria TUI either, so not sure if the MM version of the Int TUI would even allow *3 during playback.
