Delete permission for specific user not taking

I have a specific user for a php page that is supposed to delete from tTempUsers after an INSERT into tUsers. Problem is is that the delete permission is constantly denied... Any ideas?

as it cannot select a row by its id
i belive you ar doing

delete from temp where id=%%%

so you'll need select permission first
