Can you go to the maintenance commands and issue LOCATE NUMBER xxx (xxx being the Path number)
If this returns a response of ACD2 path then I would perform a DMBS CHECK FULL and see if any errors occur
If no errors and you still cannot delete the path then you might be able to delete it via the 'back door' (sx2000 interface)
If you know how to do this on a SX2000 this will help.
If not I will explain
Telnet to the 3300 IP address
Once connected you will be prompted for a username (if this is default it should be 'system') next enter the password default password is sx2000
Once logged in you will need to find the correct form to edit/delete
using the ESC key and key2 together will bring up a prompt 'form to edit'
Type PATH ASS <enter>
this hould take you to the ACD path assignment forms
at the top of the form you will need to enter the path number in question
Now press the ESC key and key1
If the path appears with the parameters that have been set (you can tell if it is programmed as it will have a path reporting number set)
If you are sure you wnt to delete it press ESC key and key7
This should delete the instance
Now press ESC key and key4 the ESC key1 (commit, confirm)
