We recently upgraded our SQL Server databases to SQL 2000. I have started modifying our reports that uses one of these databases.

I have changed the report fields to the new server reference, but the report is still looking to log on to the "old server", as well as the new one. I double-checked that all of the fields have been changed. When I enter the login to the old server the report works, it finds the data it should, but how do I delete the reference to the old server??

Running CR 8.5

Thanks in advance....

Have you tried "setting the location"? (Including any and all subreports) (Database menu ---> Set location)

Have you tried "verifying the database"? (Database menu --> Verfiy Database_

I checked the "Set Location" and each table's location is listed as the correct server.

When I ran the "Verify Database", it gave me the "Database is up to date" message, and then gives me the SQL Server login dialog box for the "old" server.

Do you think it's worth re-setting the location of each table to the new server??

That was it, the location for a subreport was not changed...

Thanks for your help.
