Delete Hot Desk User from remote location

Hello,

I have a Mitel 3300 and I am trying to delete a Hot Desk User.
Under system administration I access user and device configuration form and try to delete the extension except it states "Hot Desk User must log out before any modifications are allowed". The 5324 IP phone was disconnected from the network before anyone could log out. Any ideas on how to delete a hot desk user "while logged in" would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Just try logging them in again to any phone.
Then log them out.

That is the way Hot desking works.
You dont have a permanant extn.

Just make sure you have Hot Desk Remote Logout Enabled
against all the hotdesk users Class of Service.
