Delete Forms 1

I have MS Office 2007. I want to delete a file. Now, most of my files are saved in the "My Documents" folder. When I delete the file there it deletes. When I go to access and hit open, the file is on the open area. How can I delete it from the open list?

It is a registry entry. Just open enough other forms and it will eventually drop off of the list.
