I just installed GM6.5 and we've been using QuickBooks 2004 Premier. I recently ran GM Plus for Accounting to link my Quickbooks customer info to GM. The process resulted in the merging of customers' "subaccount" (additional locations) into their respective parent accounts rendering the GM info useless for about 25% of my customers.

I'm hoping to resolve the issue in QBooks and then re-run the synchronization. To that end, I would like to completely delete the dbase files from GM and start over.

Is there a way to do that easily or is it better to reinstall GM?

Well without knowing the full implicatios of what has happened then without installing you have two options:

1. Create a new blank database (File | New Database)

2. Run Global Delete wizard (Tools | Delete Records Wizard)
