How do I delete a message from all the users account? I ran NAV for Exchange and filtered the subject line but the email is still out there.

One of my users sent an email to the all staff distribution list regarding elections....totally against the law and now I must remove it.

Steps I have taken so far:

Changed users password, logged on as user, retracted the message

Edited NAV to filter the subject line of the message and to erase the email all together.

Is there a way I can log onto Exchange and delete the message administratively?

Regards,

Rick

I suppose in theory you could search the M: drive on the exchange server for files with the name of the subject and delete all of those.
