Delete duplicate records when another field condition exists

Hi,

Im trying to write a delete query based around a single table that has duplicates based on one field in that table.

I can find the duplicates but Id like a delete query to delete a record only if a second condition is not met in another field of the same record in the table

Hope this makes sense..
