Delete duplicate records, except if...

Hi!
Can someone help me with this?
I know how to get Approach to delete duplicate records based on the fields 1-4.
How do I make it understand that the duplicate record with X is the one that must be kept, unless it's a duplicate; in this case, the duplicate X must also be deleted?

In this example, Approach would only keep records A and G.
