I have a field that has data (fieldOne), but based on my requirements if another has data (fieldTwo), then I want the data in fieldOne to be automatically erased.

How would I accomplish this?

Thanks for your help in advance

You can use code in the after update event of each control to potentially set the other control to null. Can you describe a business requirement and real world example of why these needs to be done?

Based on your recent questions, I think you are making Access way too difficult.
