Greetings all,

I have approximately 300 systems dumping essentially hundreds of files (test results) to a central file server on a daily basis. My desire is to keep only the current day's files and delete all previous days worth of collected files.

Does anyone know of a utility that will allow me to select files by date and delete them? If not a utility perhaps a batch or script file that will perform the same functions.

Thanks in advance,
regards,

You could just go into Explorer and change the view so it is sorted by date rather than filename? Then you can select the files for the date(s) you require. "It's true, its damn true!"
