good night, I'm having difficulty to flag it, I've used it on another card and it worked normally, except that on this card I'm not successful. I noticed that this board has this line. I am using the command to delete DELETE-BCSU: PER, 1,1,11, "Q2246-X", 0,0 ,,,,,, A, 0;
I get the message
F10: MODULE LINE CIRCUITS NOT DELETED

DIS-SDSU: ALL, AND, PEN, PER2,1,1,11;
DIS-SDSU: ALL, AND, PEN, PER2,1,1,11;

BCSU is to delete the whole BOARD, which it won't let you do because there are devices set up on it!!

If you just want to delete a line, and this is an Analog card, you would use DELETE-SCSU

First character
B means board
S means subscriber
D usually means device (for activate or deactivate)
U usually means "unit" - as in a whole shelf...

Now if you are trying to delete an Analog device it is SCSU
and if you are typing to delete a "binary" device (IP phone, TDM phone, Optiset, etc) you use SBCSU.

This can go on forever, but this can get you started. If you look in the FAQ section up at top you will see a reference to the Tonido site that we use to provide a considerable library of documentation and files that might help you, or check out the Unify Academy - they have an excellet roster of classes that can help get you on your way!

I think he does want to delete the board. But can't.

What's on circuit 20? You need to delete it.

DIS-SDSU:ALL,,PEN,PER3,1,1,11,20;

Might be a phone (delete with SCSU) or possibly special equipment (SSC).

Make a reg-ssc:all; to confirm it's not MOH device, or night bells.

Also

>>DIS-SDSU: ALL, AND, PEN, PER2,1,1,11;
>>H500: I LOVE SDSU STARTED

Where did you get that AMO ?

Try
CHANGE-BCSU:TYPE=RELEASE,LTG=1,LTU=1,SLOT=11,CCT=20;
