I have the Voicemail Pro (9.0.4) set for automated backups through it's internal process. But there doesn't seem to be any housekeeping aspect to this. It will simply save all backups until it has eaten the entire hard drive space.

Am I missing something? And also, if I delete the files physically from their storage location, the metadata remains within the voicmail pro gui.

When it is a Windows server than remove those backups from C:\Program Files (x86)\Avaya\IP Office\Voicemail Pro\VM\Back Up\ScheduledWhen it is a Linux server than remove those backups from /opt/Backup/scheduled/

There is indeed no housekeeping for that.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

tlpeter, Thanks! Do you know, is there a way to manually update the list that is shown in System Preferences>Backup & Restore, so that the list matches the actual files that are still there?

No i don't
I did not even know that it shows deleted backup's
Perhaps a reboot works?

Reboot didn't work. But I found this file: C:\Program Files (x86)\Avaya\IP Office\Voicemail Pro\VMProBackupHistory_vmproclient.data
But editing it doesn't change the list.
