Delete Attachments?

Can users save their email without the attachments? I have some that receive large attachments. They don't need the attachments any longer but want to save the emails as records of what has been going on.

Here is a couple of solutions. We use the one from Formativ, but you have to purchase their engine. Which is fine if you run other Formativ apps., as we do.
