Does anyone know how to delete and insert digits on a PRI.
they are sending 4 digits 7000-7099, I would like to take of the 70 and put in a 1, for stations 100 to 199.

First, have you read the documentation? It is freely downloadable from support.avaya.com.

Second, have you searched the forum? This subject has been covered many times on this forum!

You should take advantage of the facilities available to you!

page 643 of the document shows dial plan routing samples.
That is what you are trying to do, deleting 2 digits(70) and adding 1 digit with the value of 1.

I tried searching the forum and put some links on here, but either the search sucks or I am just not looking for the right words so I went to the Avaya support website and got this lovely document the feature description

Hi Joe,

I know the search function is not the best, but a lot of people never try it, but typically these types of posts always have something to do with PRI service. So you have to be a little creative in the process.

Just my 3¢

It is amazing in this day and age how many people in this industry that have never read the manuals or at least part of them. I guess that is just a reflection of the rest of this society, that can't spell or write proper English!
