Delete an individual report from an object package AFTER the package / job has run

Is there any way to delete an individual report from an object package (in BOXI R2) AFTER the package or job has already run?

I can't see a way in the CMC except to delete anything but the entire job, which we don't want to do as there are reports within that were fine, and now the data has since changed so running the entire job again is not an option.

No, there is no way to do this - even by writing a program using the SDK.
