I need to delete ALL users within the Enterprise. What's the easiest way to achieve this?

Delete all users from the Enterprise

write a lapi job so that you are processing each id that is returned from this query
select id from kuaf where deleted=0 and type=0.
If you search communities.opentext.com I have written a file that creates users.You would need something like that.
The same thing can be accomplished using webreports,webservices or oscript
Do you have dir svcs and are you syncing against ad,don't confuse this with SSO
