Hi i have a lan with 1 win2003 dc and 120 winxp pro clients. I can see that there a huge numbers of users pofiles been created on clients machine due to which the clients hd space is low on space.

Is it advisable to delete all the local profiles accept "administrator's" & something called "all users" ?

If i delete it, what effect it can make?

If they are local admins on their workstations, you can put delprof in the login script, and it will delete them according to the switches you use.

[google]delprof[/google]

I would suggest configuring a redirect for My Documents and Desktop files. This is most likely why your profiles are consuming too much disk space. The profile itself doesn't take much disk space.

I hope you find this post helpful,
