Hi, do you know of a way to delete all system speed calls?

MiVB 8

I have tried to telnet onto the system but that is not possible anymore, I thought to do a range programming as in the old days with the SX2K but only read is allowed.

cheers,

daniel

One at a time as far as I know.

There are mouse control scripts that you can use but by the time you set something like that up you could delete hundreds of speedcalls.

Mitel makes it hard to delete large numbers of entries en masse on purpose. If you feel like getting ugly, you might be able to poke around in /db on the drive and delete the data table file, but that's something I'd try out on a lab system you don't mind blowing up first.

@Lundah, I considered mentioning that method but I know I wouldn't do it myself.

Seemed to mean to use someone else as a guinea pig

I would be concerned if the Speed Calls were referenced anywhere else in the system. Call Routing forms etc..
I think this would be cause for corruption.
