delete a name from the global address list without deleting mailbox 1

We had a few people quit here recently and when we hired replacements I gave them their own exchange account. I don't want to delete the old mail boxes in case we need to cross reference and check for scheduled appointments and stuff like that. I just need to get their names off of the address list so that people don't think they are sending someone mail. I also have an administrator account in there that I would like to take out of the global address list. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Hi,

What you need to do is goto the mailbox properties for the mailbox concerned and select the Advanced tab and check the Hide from Address Book box.
