We had a few people quit here recently and when we hired replacements I gave them their own exchange account. I don't want to delete the old mail boxes in case we need to cross reference and check for scheduled appointments and stuff like that. I just need to get their names off of the address list so that people don't think they are sending someone mail. I also have an administrator account in there that I would like to take out of the global address list. Please help. Thanks in advance.
