delete a lookup in access 2003

I've created a lookup in a categoryid field but I now want to delete that lookup as the system will not let me edit it since there is a relationship established. But I have not created any, it's from the lookup. How do I rectify this?

I'm not exactly sure what you are asking for,
You can get rid of the lookup by going into the lookup tab on the field properties and just changing the display type to textbox.
