How the heck do you delete a particular key on a phone?

I have been trying ECHG with

KEY 20 *

KEY 20 X

No long, what is the correct way?

THANKS!

But unfortunately I still have a problem with this station, I was removing some other keys to see if it would fix the problem but no luck.

In short, forwarding to a second line is not working. The phone automatically goes to call pilot even though the second line is free.

Here is the programming, any help is appreciated:

make your CLS HTA (hunting allowed). You also need to change the EFD and EHT to wherever you want external calls to go. This allows you to send external calls to a different destination. Just make them all go to 6888 if you want every caller to go to voicemail.

BINGO!

Thanks guys, not sure how the heck I missed HTA.

also, your LHK (Last Hunt Key) is set to 2, but your 2nd key is an autodial. Probably won't cause any problems but just to be safe I'd change the LHK to 1.

good deal,

Thanks again all for the assistance with this one.
