If you have not hung up yet you can listen to the message again by pressing 77 (save) while listening to the message again. the message does not get deleted until the user hangs up their phone. If they realize that they deleted a message in error they can go back to the message and play it again, they will hear "deleted message" and then the message itself. that is the time they can save the message.
After they have terminated their voicemail session they cannot go back and try to recover the message. JerryReeve
