Delegation of Control Wizard

Could somebody please tell me how to change the permissions on an OU once you have delegated control of it to a particular group or individual. I have tried to do this but I cannot find an option to do it. Any help would be most appreciated.

As far as I know, Delegation of control wizard cannot be used to change/delete delegation. We have to use the Security tab of the OU instead.

Note: By default, Security tab of the OU will not be displayed. To view the Security tab, enable Advanced Features under View menu of Active Directory Computers and Users.
