Delegation of control - Question....

Hello all-

I need to delegate control to my User Support team so that they can adjust the Mail Forwarding section of user properties... For example, currently, we just click the little box that says forward mail to (enter contact name) and we're off...

However, I have recently given them only permission to create users. How can I delegate the Mail Forwarding section (Exchange General Tab / Delivery Options, etc.).
