Delegates issues

Hello Everyone

I have client who is having problems with accessing the Delegates tab in outlook 2003 - when clicking on this it reads the following error:

The Delegates page is not available. Unable to access Outlook folder. The connection to the Microsoft Exchange Server is unavailable. Outlook must be online or connected to complete this action.

Each user is accessing email without any problem and there are no other problems on the network, and to make this issue even more unique, there are two users that are accessing the delegates tab without a hitch.

Any help on this matter will be very much appreciated.

Download the PFDAVAdmin tool from Microsoft. It allows you to look at the mailbox from the store level down and repair defective ACLs on the mailbox.

I've used it to resolve a variety of problems, including Outlook client hangs and other things.

The one and only time I've had a delegates issue, starting Outlook with the /cleanfreebusy switch cleared it up. Granted, it removed all the delegates from the account, but, in my issue, that was fine.

Try that.
