IS-IT--Management
One user has left our organization (let's call her User1) and I need to forward or delegate her Task List items to another Exec Secretary (let's call her User2).
In User1's account, the "Delegate" and "Properties" menu choices are dimmed out in all views when a task is selected. (Main window, calendar view, etc.) I was able to "Forward as Attachment" single and multiple Tasks to User2, but when opened from her account, the 'post' command button was dimmed as well, meaning she couldn't accept them into her Task List.
None of the Tasks are set as 'Private'. Not being able to get to the Properties of the Tasks means I can't see if there was some other quirky thing about the way these were created to being with.
Any thoughts on what might be going on? Or any ideas on how to work around this? It's not something we have done before or will ever do often, but in this instance it's important.
Thanks for any help you can offer,
Dennis
