I've search the posts(not all the pages), and i didnt find something........so forgive me if i double posting this thread.
We have a network/domain.Users log on locally not on the domain. We have exch07 and clients use outlook 2003.Also all emails are saved locally in personal folder, not in their mailboxes. One secretary must send as another user except form her account.I add her in delegates in outlook, also i configure the manage send as permission on the exchange.Nothing happened,it doesn't work.
Most probably i miss something. For the moment i didnt find anything else(that is why iam posting in the "almost know everything site" :)).I follow these instructions Any info is accepted....thanx

Have them log on to the domain and use Exchange not PST files. That's what it is for. Then you'll find this all works.
