delays in IE when right-clicking on any IE-Element

Hi !
I have a problem in IE5.5 (System W2KProf., 384Mb RAM, so for sure no RAM-Shortage etc.) :

Whenever I right-click any Element within any IE-Window ( to copy some text, e.g.), I have a delay of ~5 Seconds before the properties-page comes up.
This delay happens EACH time I right-click within any IE-Window, not just when right-clicking for the first time.

I DONT have this problem within any other programm, including Windows Explorer.

Thanks a lot in advance, Any Ideas ?
