I have a client w/ a Merlin Magix who has all calls answered by auto attendant, and selector codes send the calls to 3 separate calling groups - cust svc, acct, or dispatch. He is expanding his business into a different area, and has purchased a customized MOH package to describe his new service. I am wondering how he would extend the amount of time AFTER the selector code is chosen before it actually rings the calling group; he is wanting to delay it by a ring or two so incoming callers have a few seconds to hear his promo on hold before a cust svc rep answers the call. Thanks!

I would make the selector code transfer to a "dummy" group first with no members and the calls overflowing to the "real" group after xx seconds delay - much as setting up a delay before an AA answers.
