DELAYED WRITE FAILED !!??

What is this Delayed Write Failed error?? I get this error when transferring files to a raid array under win xp. It seems (judging from numerous posts on other bulletin boards) that this infamous glitch has been baffling everyone. Any ideas???

Are you using XP Home or XP Professional. It won't work under Home, but should under Professional.
