It seems in the last month or so we have been experiencing an influx of systems on 3.2 that have been getting delayed messages in users mailboxes.
Example:
Customer explained in the morning they had no message in their personal box, then the message waiting light came on in the afternoon. When they went in and checked messages, it said they were from a week ago and were being presented as new messages.
I cant seem to figure out how and why this is happening. Has anyone had this issue. And why all of a sudden are we seeing this on 4 different systems at once. Thanks for your answers in advance!
