Delayed Voicemail Messages

It seems in the last month or so we have been experiencing an influx of systems on 3.2 that have been getting delayed messages in users mailboxes.

Example:

Customer explained in the morning they had no message in their personal box, then the message waiting light came on in the afternoon. When they went in and checked messages, it said they were from a week ago and were being presented as new messages.

I cant seem to figure out how and why this is happening. Has anyone had this issue. And why all of a sudden are we seeing this on 4 different systems at once. Thanks for your answers in advance!

I have seen this from time to time... It has varried from version to version.. One thing to check is the user name that is having issue.. Make sure there are no spaces in fron or behind name.. for some reason I have seen after upgrading system a space was added to a name..

The other thing you can try is deleting the Account.. That works sometimes..

Run maint on the PC vmpro server( defrag, etc.). Make sure the nic card is not in power save mode, Check the clock on the time server as well.
