Delayed voicemail messages BCM 400 4.0

People recieving delayed voice messages. I have had other customers complain of this as well but very far and few between. But this customer complains of this more often than anybody I have ever dealt with. No recent voicemail patched installed. Last patches were back in December of 2009... around 100 mailboxes installed but only 1 or 2 people are complaining.
Anybody had any experience with this and fixed it?

Since system isn't up to date w/ patches, start by loading the latest SU patch.

Well I would recommend installing the latest system and desktop patches for sure. Then doing a full back up of everything and then a power down and reboot. If that doesn't help you could try a reinstall of the callpilot through F982 but again make sure you have a full back up you can restore from, preferably on your laptop.
