delayed ringing

Can a Norstar Phone system be set to delay ring for CID? Customer keeps answering phone before CID is delivered to phone. I understand that CID is delivered after or on second ring.

set drt to prime ...delay to 2 and have lines appear not appear and ring ...see if that works... if she still picks up because she see's the flashing line remove totally from set and increase icom buttons or just fire her and find new person whats so hard about letting the phone ring
