OK, ACS rel. 7.0 and Partner messaging 6.0

The client wants the auto attendant to pick up first.

Press an option to go to a calling group with 2 extensions on it.

Those 2 phones ring.

After a few rings they want these calls to go to another call group to get answered.

These lines are being used for all their calls, service, sales, etc., not just this one group.

Can this be done?

Put the 1st 2 extensions into Calling Group No. 2 (Ext. 72)
Put the other extensions into Calling Group No. 3 (Ext. 73)

Make Transfer Only mailboxs for Ext. 72 and 73.

Make the Call Answer Service Operator Ext. 73.

Make the Transfer Return Extension for EACH of the voice mail ports point to themselves, instead of Ext. 10 as the manual instructs.

Call is answered by the Auto Attendant. Caller picks the selector code that points to Ext. 72. Call transfers and the phones ring, but are not answered. Call returns to the voice mail port that sent it, and the Messaging answers, says "Transferring to Operator", then sends the call to Calling Group No. 3.

Remember this will impact others calls that go to the CASO, so you might want to make the Dial 0/Timeout go to a specific extension, and the Personal Operator of EACH mailbox should be set to some destination, such as 10 - otherwise these calls will go to group 73

Now that is some pretty good programming. Thanks.
