I have all incoming analog lines being answered by a particular DN..in this case, IP set 385.
I have DRT set to 6 rings, however, it doesnt pop into auto attendant as I had thought it would. How do u get Auto Attendant to pick up after the DRT time? in this case...6 rings. Or am I going about this wrong? My goal is to get auto attendant to pick up if the live attendant does not pick up after 6 rings.
Thanks, HH

Are you making this change in the AA programing? I have mine set to 6 ring and if knowone answers by the 6th ring, AA answers it.

This is a Signature and not part of the answer, it appears on every reply.

This is an Analogy so don't take it personally as some have.

Why change the engine if all you need is to change the spark plugs.

Yes, ace, however I assume you have AA set as answering incoming lines in Callpilot?
Our is not set to answer incoming lines because we want it to be answered by a receptionist as first attempt, then AA if receptionist doesnt answer after the 6 rings.
Let me know if this is feasible.

Yes in callpilot I set AA to answer after 6 rings and then if the Recpt doesn't answer the AA picks up.
