Delayed ring on sect phone 1

Can anyone tell me , i have added all the phones within the dept on a secatary's phone , but scr means it rings all the time and scn no ring , is there any way of having a delayed ring , lets say every 4 rings or so

No, DNDR is a separate prompt from the keys. Print out the secy's TN and you'll see it (it sets the delay for SCN's for the whole phone).
