Hello all,
I have a customer with a CS1000E that was upgraded from 4.50 to 5.50J with CPPM. This is a small site (70 phones)The day after the site was upgraded...they began having intermittant calls where the called party can't hear the calling party for about the first 18-20 seconds of the call...once it cuts through you can talk all day without issue. This happens on internal calls extension to extension as well as trunk calls. We have a Nortel case open and have taken several sniffer traces from the set as well as the sig server.You can see where the stream is opening late...anyone ever seen this?
