Delayed messaging on 201i in Opt11

I have a 201i that on particular office is claiming that they are getting delayed messages sent to v.mail. They state they check every hour & sometimes get messages that state they were left up to a week ago that weren't delivered appropriately. Please help if you've come across this before.

Do you get any message in the PBX that the ELAN has briefly disconnected?

We encountered the same and until now it is resolved by not using RDP to the server, both via CLAN and ELAN (which is used by our supplier..)

I think I've found the solution, this server is still @ su02 pep level, I'm gonna upgrade to su05. Found similar issues from Nortel for this issue. Thanks for the reply.

You can use Call Pilot reporter to track these problems as well.
