Delayed Messages

I have a customer with a Merlin Messaging R1 that is experiencing intermittent problems with delayed messages. Any known fix for this?
I have already tried rebooting the voice mail. Also, it is NOT a case of the message light not turning on right away. The actual voice mail message is definitely being delivered up to 24 hours after it was left.

Are your v.m. ports set to rotary enabled?

Yes, they are.

Is your date and time set correctly? ?The first thing we are told by tech support is to do a soft reboot.9989reset, this not only reboots but runs a hard drive utility.

Time and date are correct.
I did a reboot by resetting the card slot via Maintenance.
Maybe the 989reset if different? I will give it a try.
