Delayed initiation of follow me to private network

Initiating a follow me from our MD110 BC12 sp8 to the mobile provider via DPNSS costs about 5 seconds.

Normal follow me to internal position or to a PSTN destination is done within a second.

Does anyone know a method or a setting to speed up this delay?

The MD make a validation of the follow-me number ( b-part )by sending a set-up and then wait for a alerting ( I know this is not the correct word for dpnss ), so I thing you have the same delay when making a ordinary mobil call.
