Comunication to my BOH server went down monday night at 7 pm, unknown to me my bose put it in redundancy but didnt think he did....... Finaly resolved comunication issue with my Alohaboh and my system imediataly ran EOD half way throiugh the day. I have everything caught up DOB and system date wise. But all the employee clock ins and all charges and payments are totally missing. Is there a mirrior file somewhere I can pull them from and merge them with the rest of todays activitiy? Or can I just throw them on toms DOB. Some one please help before 3am wed morning before it tries to run EOD again. Also can I postpone EOD temporarilly just for tonight untill I get everything caught up? I have not settle the batch yet either untill I cross check all the cc charges. Thanx guys for the urgent help.
u can email me directly at laytos189562@gmail.com if u fell like it.

Only had the Credit Card issue happen once a while back with bad storms... If your saying your credit card sales were lost and not transmitted, then:

If you use a third party CC Processor, I would call them up ASAP. They should be able to pull all your pending charges (before it went into redundancy and was connecting to your merchant account) that haven't been settled and go through them with you one by one and settle them manually based off your signed paper receipts (Customer VISA ending in 1234 for $10.00 left a $5.00 tip, etc).

Most companies (I believe) only keep un-settled CC batches for like 3 days (I know FirstData was 3 days last time this happened) so you should do this sooner rather than later...

Then, once your back up and run your EoD, you should call them back and verify that all your new CC posted and settled properly.

As for fixing your reports to make them match the missing data, that would probably be better answered by someone else!

Good Luck!
