Delayed Beep after Greeting, messages miss beginning

I have a new IP Office V2 running 7.0.?? software and we're using the Embedded voice mail.

The issue is; The caller hears the Greeting and then silence for almost 10 seconds before the beep.

We're assuming callers think they missed the beep and start talking, only to get the beep half way through their message.

re record the message and press 2 to end the message eariler after you have stopped speaking.

Sounds as if you have left a long delay before stopping the recording.
