OK I've been up and down this site and Avaya's looking for a solution to this problem. Does anyone know of a workaround to get an auto attendant to pick up after a couple of rings with a Merlin Magix R3 and loop start trunks. All I got from Catalyst was that it can't be done and A DLC is out of the question because of the number of lines this customer has. Checked out the manual for the Messaging and it said to look in the the in the feature reference section of the Magix book for coverage. Pretty vague and I'm stumped as you cannot have the QCC queue be a sender, only a receiver (unless of course you use position busy w/ backup). Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

You've covered a lot ! The QCC can overflow to the voice mail calling group, BUT if the AA is to answer all the calls, why do you need to "see" the lines on a DLC?
