A hunt group wont overflow until there are no members to send the call to. Since you have a member in the calling group logged in, the call is meant to be answered by the agent...logically. What is the scenario that you are trying to program? What types of lines do you have? PRI, DID, POTS?
Renumber an adjunct to 4258. Put a Primary Coverage button for 4258 on the 4 phones. Assign 4258 to the Voice Mail Coverage Group. Create mailbox 4258 to steer the call to the Auto Attendant.
