Delay on showing properties on c:

I have a problem with all computers on the network. When right click on c: an show properties, there i a delay on about 10 seconds before properties shows.
No new installations on the computers.
We have Win2K PRO, SP4, Novell client 4.9, Groupwise 6.0, McAffe 4.5.1.
The problems even shov before adding Novell client and MCAffe.
Any solutions??

Ok, after 24 hours cracking my head i managed to get a solution to the error:
*** STOP: 0x0000007B (0xED41B84C, 0XC0000034, 0X00000000, 0X00000000) Inaccessible Boot Device.

The problem is with Easy Ed Creator (...) Platinum...

You just have to consider this link (microsoft):

As it is for winXP, it still can be used for win2k if you consider only the METHOD2 repair procedure, and:

edit the Regedt32.exe on the windows whith problems,
and the Regedit on the new windows installation.

The new installation can be another hd, partition or else, as it is only used to edit the registry of the "old" windows. For this refer to:

This is a problem afecting winXP, and win2k with sp4 installed, i presume. I think that my problem was uninstalling a program installed before the SP4 update. Ah, very well done
