Delay on RCF Partner ACS

Has anyone had any experience with a delay on the remote call fwd? My customer says when he gets a call on his cell that has been sent from the Partner he gets only 2 rings before it goes to his cell voicemail. When he calls his cell directly it rings 4 times before going to vm.It sounds like maybe the Partner dials the RCF number but there is a delay in the system before it gets to the cell phone. Any thoughts??

There is a delay for the Partner system to call the cell phone, but that should not affect the number of rings before going to the cell phone vm. If I call your extension, there is 2 "phantom" rings that I would hear, then your cell phone would ring. I would try forwarding to another number to test. Preferably, if you could forward it to a copper line.
