Delay on calls ringing 1

Does anyone know where the setting is to delay the ringing on the operator console? What's happening is the calls are ringing in on the operator phone 1-2 times, then going to the auto attendant. What I'd like to have happen is to delay the ringing by 2 calls so the calls will not ring at the operator. Any help is greatly appreciated.

1) Remove the lines from the operator phone if the AA is doing the answering or
2) On the Operator phone, set the lines to no ring (*35) on the line buttons.
