I have 15 extensions at a branch office connected by T1 back to the main office. Both are Legend R7.0 with Mmail 3.0 at the main office. Roughly half of the extensions ring to Vmail after the normal 5 rings, the other half take 10 rings before they transfer. all the extensions are in the same cover group. So I'm not sure where else to look to make all the extensions transfer in 5 rings. Thanks for assitance.

First print ext. info for one or all ext. that the coverage rings are too long. Check Group cov. which can be set per ext. The total # of rings should be your grp cov. + any primary or secondary cov. for that ext. You can also try a file compare with an ext. that is working the way you want it to.

Thanks for the help, I have found the problem, in the cover delay setting. Though I could find it in SPM7.0 I had to change it from std spm.
